Originally constructed in c1914 as apartments, 525 Graydon Avenue, also known as The Wellington Apartments, was thoughtfully rehabilitated for continued residential use through this project.
The Professional Building, is a c1929 seven-story high rise Commercial style office building, which played a critical role in downtown Portsmouth’s expansion during the early 20th century.<./span>
The Brunswick County Industrial Development Authority and the Town of Lawrenceville hired CPG to update the original National Register Nomination from 2000.
This building was renovated for continued commercial use, removing modern finishes and features and reinstating the historic configuration of both the interior and exterior of the building.
Mitchell Row is a collection of three c1815 commercial buildings, which were in a nearly unsalvageable state at the start of the project due to prolonged deferred maintenance and neglect.
